Engagement Party - 7.24.10

Congratulations to the newly engaged couple! This engagement party took place on Saturday, July 24th at the home of the bride-to-be's parent's. The inspiration for the outdoor tent event was a lime green and purple color palette; something that was both fun and summery.

Two tents were utilized: a large one for the guest tables and dining area while a smaller one was used for the bar. The dining area was enhanced with a ceiling fabric treatment, coordinating tent pole fabric covers and specialty lighting (LEDs and sparkle lights). The bar tent also had coordinating tent pole fabric covers and hanging lanterns.

The effect? Simply magical when the sun went down and guests were celebrating with the soon-to-be married couple!

Raymond & Kim - 4.24.10

Raymond & Kim's wedding on April 24th was a celebration of their new life together. Their floral and decor, both at the ceremony and reception, spoke of true elegance! Varying shades of purple and ivory - with touches of green - were represented throughout their day.

The couple's reception, at The Woodward, featured a romantic candlescape with varying sized cylinder vases. Each cylinder contained a single floating candle. The cylinders were interconnected by natural curly willow, orchids and spray roses.

Mark & Becky - 4.17.10

Mark & Becky were married on April 17th at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. The couple was inspired by a "fresh & organic" look, and thus all of their floral and decor reflected this theme!

Shades of green and white with navy accents comprised the couple's primary color palette. Touches of yellow were also worked into the bouquets. One great option for all flower girls is the flower wand... Beautiful, unique and fun!

Janelle & Shaun - 6.5.10

Shaun & Janelle were married on June 5th at the Mill Creek Barn in Watervliet, Michigan. The bride and groom were inspired by a color palette of clover green, crisp whites and soft yellows; creating a "rustic elegance" that played upon the natural setting of the Barn and its surrounding grounds.

The bark vase containers, the natural twine cocktail table tie backs, birch branches and white lanterns all contributed to the beautiful and unique "natural look" that the couple wanted. The result? A memorable evening for both the bride and groom and all of their family and friends!
